Tzatziki Dip 

Cool, creamy, and packed with flavor. From gyros to pita chips, this versatile sauce always steals the show. 

Ingredients:

  • ½ medium cucumber, peeled and deseeded
  • 1 cup FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra-virgin olive oil for garnish

Steps:

  1. Place a cheesecloth over a medium bowl and grate the cucumber over the cheese cloth. Squeeze the liquid out of the cucumber.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cucumber, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, mint, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Chill for 15-30 minutes to firm up the dip.
  4. Top the tzatziki with olive oil and serve with toasted pita bread.

Greek Yogurt Mango Popsciles 

As the summer heats up, these Greek Yogurt Mango Popsicles are a tasty way to cool down.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%, or BestSelf Plain
  • ¼ cup golden syrup or honey
  • 2 cups ripe mango, peeled and cut into pieces

Steps:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt and syrup until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor or blender, puree mango until smooth.
  3. Pour about 2 tablespoons of yogurt into the popsicle mold, add about 1 tablespoon of mango puree and alternate until the mold is full.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
