Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte

Made with O Organics® 100% Pure Pumpkin, pure maple syrup, cashew milk, vanilla and O Organics® Chai Spiced Tea, this tasty drink will quickly become your new favorite!

- 1 tablespoon O Organics® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (plus more for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 O Organics® chai spiced tea bag
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup whipped coconut cream
Over medium heat, add the pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice to a small sauce pan and stir until hot, about 90 seconds. Stir in the maple syrup. Whisk in the cashew milk and vanilla extract stirring constantly until warmed through, about 3-4 minutes.
Froth the milk mixture with a hand blender or a traditional blender until well blended. Make the tea and pour into a mug, then add the frothed milk.
