Open Nature® Balsamic Glazed Chicken Breast

- 2 Open Nature® boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons fruit jam/jelly i.e., fig, apricot, blackberry, raspberry, etc.
- non-stick spray
To prepare the glaze, whisk the jam/jelly together with the vinegar
Prepare a medium hot grill.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat with oil.
Spray grill surface with non-stick spray.
Grill chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, then brush cooked chicken breast with vinegar glaze 2 minutes prior to removing from grill.
Cook to internal temperature of 165°, then remove and allow to rest 3-4 minutes before slicing, then serve.
