Jalapeño Popper Turkey Chili
Ground turkey, jalapeños, beans & pico de gallo are cooked together with cream cheese in this chili dish.

- 1 lb grounds turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups fresh pico de gallo (from produce section)
- 1 jalapeño (finely diced (seeds and ribs removed for milder chili))
- 2 cans O Organics™ Chili Beans
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 4 oz. cream cheese
Coat a 5 quart pot with nonstick cooking spray. Over medium high heat, brown turkey, seasoning with salt and pepper, about 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, reserving cream cheese. Bring to a simmer and reduce heat to medium low. Cover pan and continue to simmer 10-12 minutes.
Remove lid, and stir in cream cheese until fully incorporated. Serve.
