Eggnog Pie
Try this alternative to traditional holiday pies. We’re serving eggnog on a plate rather than in a cup! This delicious seasonal drink makes an equally delicious baked treat. It’s simple and economical, too. We think you’ll have another holiday hit on your hands with this pie.

Main Ingredients
- 1-10 inch unbaked pie shell
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup Lucerne™ Eggnog
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

- Lucerne™ Whipped Cream
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large mixing bowl whisk to combine sugar, flour, orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Whisk in eggs one at a time. Add eggnog and butter and whisk well to combined.
Step 2
Pour the eggnog mixture into the pie shell and bake until the top is lightly browned and the center sets, about 45-55 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Serve.
