Andouille sausage14 oz
yellow onion1/2 medium
garlic4 cloves
raw shrimp, fresh or frozen, shell & tail on2 lbs
corn2 ears
butter, unsalted6 tbsp
seafood seasoning2 tbsp
pilsner or lager-style beer16 fl oz

Instructions

STEP 1
Layer the potatoes, sausage, onion, garlic, frozen shrimp, corn, and butter in a 6-quart instant pot.
STEP 2
Sprinkle with seafood seasoning and add beer.
STEP 3
Set on high pressure for 3 minutes.
STEP 4
When finished cooking, use quick-release pressure according to manufacturer’s instructions.
STEP 5
Stir and serve. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges (optional).
