Directions Cook as directed. Cooking Instructions: For safety, cook only 1 bag at a time, follow these instructions and cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Appliances vary- adjust cook time as needed. Cook from frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave: Instructions developed with 1100 watt microwaves. (1) Massage bag gently to break up clusters of vegetables (do not puncture bag). (2) Place flattened, unopened bag this side up. Microwave on high 6 minutes 30 seconds. Bag may inflate and steam will escape through vent. (3) Stand 1 minute. carefully remove bag from micros eve by holding two corners. Cautions: Bag will be hot. Avoid steam at vent and when opening bag. Stove Top (1) Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Massage bag gently to break up clusters of vegetables. (2) Empty vegetables into skillet. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 1 minute, Stir and replace lid. (3) Cook another 3 minutes. Stand 1 minute; stir before serving. Keep frozen.
