Directions Pancakes: Preheat greased griddle to 375-400 degrees F. In a bowl, add tap or seltzer water to mix. Blend together with a whisk and let stand while griddle is heating. Cook one minute or until full of bubbles, then flip over. Cook another minute or until golden brown. Serve hot. Waffles: In a bowl, add tap water or seltzer water to mix. Blend together with a whisk and let stand while waffle iron is heating. Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Cook according to waffle iron directions or until steam slows and waffle is golden brown. Serve hot. For thinner pancakes add more water, for thicker add more mix. For fluffier pancakes and waffles use seltzer water. 5-7 (4 Inch) Pancakes or Waffles: 1 cup mix, 2/3 cup water or seltzer. 11-13 (4 Inch) Pancakes or Waffles: 2 cups mix, 1-1/3 cups water or seltzer. 17-18 (4 Inch) Pancakes or Waffles: 3 cups mix, 2 cups water or seltzer. 23-24 (4 Inch) Pancakes or Waffles: 4 cups mix, 2-1/3 cups water or seltzer. 25-26 (4 Inch) Pancakes or Waffles: full box mix, 2-3/4 cups water or seltzer. Store in cool dry place.
