Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Place water in bottom of pan - enough to cover. Place sausage in & bring water to boil. Cover & simmer 15 minutes or more until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Remove lid & allow water to dissipate, sausage will brown in its own juices. Keep refrigerated.
