If frozen, defrost overnight in the refrigerator, remove from the packaging and place on counter 4 hours prior to serving. Junior's Cheesecakes are best served at room temperature. Refrigerate any unused portion as soon as possible. Cheesecakes can be refrozen. Cheesecake minis defrost in one hour. Handling Information: Freeze up to 12 months. Defrost in the refrigerator.
