Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated. Use or freeze within 5 days of purchase. Cooking Instructions: Cook sausage until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Sausage should be well browned and no longer pink inside. Microwave preparation is not recommended. Stovetop: Slice thawed sausage roll into 12 thin patties and place in skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning to brown evenly, 13 to 18 minutes.
