Directions Adding a little salt to each preparation will enhance flavor. Since bulghur is a natural product, cooking time and water amounts may vary. Soaking Instructions: One part number 1 Fine grind bulghur to two parts boiling water. Add boiling water to bulghur; stir, cover and let stand for 1 minutes; drain excess water. Cooking Instructions: One part number 1 Fine grind bulghur to two parts water. 1. Bring water to a boil; add bulghur, stir for minutes. 2. Remove from heat, cover; lets and for 4 minutes; drain excess water. Microwave Instructions: One part number 1 fine grind bulghur to 1 3/4 parts hot water. 1. Stir and cover; cook on high for 2 minutes. 2. Stir, cover and let stand for 7 minutes; stir again. Keep in cool dry place.
