Directions Conversion Chart Liquid Egg Equivalent for Large Eggs Whites: 1 egg white = 2 tbsp. 2 egg whites = 1/4 cup. 4 egg whites = 1/2 cup. 14 egg whites = 1 lb (1 carton). Cooking Instructions: Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Simply use as you would a regular egg. Skillet Method: Spray a non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add desired amount of Liquid Egg Product, cook over medium frequently for about 4-5 minutes or until set. Promptly remove cooked eggs from pan. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
