Directions Here's how it goes: 4 pancakes (4 inch); 1 waffle (8 inch): Mix: 1/2 cup; 1 large egg; 3 tbsp milk; 2 tsp oil. 12 pancakes (4 inch); 3 waffles (8 inch): Mix: 1-1/2 cup; 3 large eggs; 1/2 + 1 tbsp milk; 2 tsp oil. 20 pancakes (4 inch); 5 waffles (8 inch): Mix: Full box; 5 large eggs; 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp milk; 3 tsp oil. Preheat a lightly greased waffle iron or nonstick over medium heat. (350 degrees F). Whisk together eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and stir until well combined. Let stand 3 - 4 minutes to thicken. Pour batter onto waffle iron or skillet, using about 2 tbsp of batter per pancake. Bake until pancakes start to bubble on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. For waffles, cook according to waffle iron instructions.
