Directions Keep frozen. Follow these cooking directions for maximum flavor and crunch! Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Conventional Oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. 3. Spray a shallow metal baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. 4. Arrange uncooked fish sticks in a pan, leaving space between sticks. 5. Bake uncovered 21 to 23 minutes (fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 (degrees) or higher before serving) until coating is golden brown and crunchy. Turn sticks over after 11 minutes of cooking. If cooking more than 15 sticks, add 2 minutes to the cooking time. Microwaving is not recommended.
