Directions Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: In a medium saucepan with a cover, heat 1-3/4 cups of water until boiling. Add one package of ground Lupin bean. Stir. Replace cover and reduce to heat to low. Cook for two minutes, then leave covered off heat for another 1 - 2 minutes. Fluff and serve. Microwave: In a medium sized bowl add, 1-1/2 cups of water and one package of ground Lupin bean. Stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes (cooking time may vary), then let stand for 1 minute. Fluff and serve.
