Directions This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions Fry: Cook bacon strips on a griddle at 350 degrees F, flip at 3 minutes, remove at 6 minutes or place bacon strips in skillet and cook over medium-low heat, turning frequently, to desired crispiness. Drain on paper towels. Bake: Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place separated strips on rack in shallow pan. Bake for 12 minutes or to desired crispiness. No turning is necessary. Microwave: Arrange slices in single layer between paper towels in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on High (100%power) for 3 minutes for 3 slices. Note: All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. Keep refrigerated.
