Directions Safe Handling Instructions: Some raw products may contain bacteria that can cause illness if mishandled or cooked improperly. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw product separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw product. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers or discard. Recommended Cooking Instructions: Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening. Do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving. If purchased frozen, thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Consume within 10 days of thawing. Skillet: Pre-heat large non-stick skillet over medium-low to medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 7-8 min, continuously turning. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place meatballs on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-13 minutes; gently turning meatballs over halfway through. If adding meatballs to sauce: Lightly sear meatballs for 3min. Add to sauce, cover, and let simmer for 45min - 1hr, stirring occasionally. Do not overcook. Interior of meatball may still be red or pink when fully cooked. Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Not recommended - microwaving, boiling in water, deep frying. Don not consume raw. Perishable: Keep refrigerated. Previously frozen.
