Directions Must be cooked thoroughly. Stove Top Directions: 1. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet on high heat. 2. Add 1-1/2 cups of frozen vegetables. 3. Saute for 4 minutes. For Food Safety: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Heat to 165 degrees F before use. Refrigerate leftovers.
