Directions You Will Need: 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar; 2/3 cup olive oil. 1. Whisk packet contents with vinegar, olive oil, and 1/3 cup water. 2. Let stand 1 hour. Serve or refrigerate. Chef Suggests: For Tuscan bread salad, mix prepared dressing with 4 large wedged tomatoes, 1/2 lb stale Italian cubed bread, 1 cup thinly sliced red onion, and 1 bunch fresh basil (optional). Toss and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature. Toss again and serve.
