Directions Keep frozen. Ready to cook. Cooking Instructions: For Microwave Cooking: Arrange several boneless skinless chicken tenders in single layer microwave pan; cover with microwaveable paper and vent edge. Cook at medium temperature 14-16 minutes, rotating chicken half way through cooking time. Let stand 3-5 minutes before serving. For Conventional Oven: Arrange several boneless skinless chicken tenders in a single layer in a shallow oven roasting pan. Cook at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken can be easily pierced with a fork. Let stand 3-5 minutes before serving. Appliances may vary. Cooking times approximate.
