Directions Sopes Heating Instructions: Fried: Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a frying pan to 360 degrees F and fry each side for 30 seconds or until browned. Grilled: Set up the grill for indirect cooking at 300 degrees F. Brush sopes with vegetable oil before placing on the grill, cook for about 4 minutes or until grill marks appear. Baked: Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees F. Set the sopes on a baking sheet and generously brush with vegetable oil. Bake 12-14 minutes or until browned.
