Kary's Dry Roux (flour, wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid), Tomato Powder, Onion Flakes, Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Natural Shrimp Flavor, Granulated Onion, Spices, Granulated Garlic, Black Pepper, Paprika, Dehydrated Green Bell Pepper.
Directions Add crawfish, shrimp or crabs for an authentic cajun bisque! This box of bisque mix cooks up to 2 ;bs of seasfood. Cooking Instructions: (This bisque mix is pre-seasoned.) Do not cover pot when cooking. In a medium pot bring 8 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk contents of bag into water. Return to medium-high heat and boil for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1 pound of seafood (crawfish, shrimp or crabs) and a 6 oz. can of crabmeat (optional). Add one 10 oz. can of cream of shrimp or cream of mushroom soup (optional). Stir well. Bring to a second boil, then cook on medium for 20 minutes. Serve over rice, noodles or crackers. Variations: For a thicker and creamier bisque, add one 10 oz. can of cream of shrimp or cream of mushroom soup. For the hungry Cajun, add an extra pound of crawfish or shrimp. Add 6 oz. of fresh or canned crabmeat to a shrimp or crawfish bisque.
