Directions Safe Handling Instructions: Some raw products may contain bacteria that can cause illness if mishandled or cooked improperly. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw product separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw product. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hor. Refrigerate leftover or discard. Recommended Cooking Instructions: Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening. Do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving. If purchased frozen, thaw in the refrigerator before cooking. Consume within 7 days of thawing. Skillet: Heat a non-stick pan to medium to medium-high heat and cook for about 6 minutes, turning frequently. Grill: Pre-heat covered grill to 500 degrees F (when covered). Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for about 6 minutes, turning halfway through. Griddle: Set non-stick griddle at max temperature (450-475 degrees F), cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently. Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Not Recommended: Boiling, microwaving, cooking from frozen, or reheating once cooked. Perishable: Keep refrigerated.
