There's a wonderful way to start the day organic tofu scrambled with organic mushrooms, onions and broccoli with country-style potatoes and meatless sausage on the side. It's a great-tasting dish that's ready for you to enjoy any time of day. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amys Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your home. Directions Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3-1/2-4 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.
