Directions Cook thoroughly. Instructions: Microwave Oven: Cook only one at a time. 1. Pull back cover about 1-inch to vent. 2. Microwave on high 4-1/4 to 5 minutes. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Remove cover and stir. Let stand 2 minutes and enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Pull back cover about 1-inch to vent. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 35 minutes. Remove cover and cook uncovered an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Remove carefully, it's hot!
