Directions In the pack: Pad Thai Sauce; Crushed peanut & fried shallot pack; Ready to use Pad Thai noodles; 1/3 Green prawns; 1 Spring onion, sliced; 1/2 Carrot, shredded; 1/2 Onion, sliced; 1 Egg, lightly beaten; 1 Cup bean sprouts. Cooking Instructions: (1) Prep: Rinse noodles thoroughly in warm water, drain and set aside. Slice your choice of meat and vegetables and set aside; (2) Sear: Add meat to a hot and well-oiled wok and fry for 1 minute or until seared. Add sliced onion and fry for a further minute. Push ingredients aside and add the egg, allow to firm before mixing together; (3) Toss: Add prepared noodles with remaining vegetables and toss through. Add Chow Mein Sauce and stir until noodles are well mixed and meat is fully cooked. Sprinkle with crushed peanut & fried shallot and serve immediately. Chefs Tip: Use 1/3 lb of Tofu to create a meat free dish. Garnish with a lime wedge and dried crushed chili. Store unopened in a cool dry location.
