Directions Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry/Skillet: Place desired number of slices in unheated skillet (slices will separate upon heating). Cook slowly, turning frequently to brown evenly drain on absorbent paper. Oven Bake: Separate slices of bacon and place on wire rack and set in a baking pan bake, without turning, in hot oven (about 420 degrees F) for about 15 minutes or until brown and cooked to desired crispness.
