Directions
Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: Heat a medium non-stick pan on high heat. Meanwhile, scramble one egg in a small bowl and set aside. Add 1 tbsp canola oil to pan. When hot, add vegetables. Stir and cook for 3 minutes. Add the packet of sauce and stir. Make a well in the middle of the vegetables by spreading the rice to the edges of the pan, so that the center is empty. Pour the egg into the well and gently stir the egg for 1 minute, or until egg is cooked through. Stir egg, sauce, & rice together. Serve immediately.
