Directions Muffins Instructions: You'll Need: 1 bag Kodiak cakes mix. 2 eggs (or egg substitute). 1 cup milk. 1/4 cup oil. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. Divide batter among 12 cups in a lined or greased muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. For optimal freshness, store in a cool dry place.
