Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add desired amount of thawed sausage; cook until browned, turning occasionally (about 5 minutes). 2. Reduce heat; add 1/2 cup water and cover. Cook an additional 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until temperatures reaches 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
