Directions Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Microwave: Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens below 1100 watt will require additional time to reach proper temperature. Do not puncture or open this package before microwaving. 1. Gently massage package to break apart vegetables. Lay unopened bag in microwave oven, back side up. Evenly distribute vegetables inside. 2. Microwave on high 3-1/2 to 4 minutes until hot. Let stand 1 minute before handling. 3. Carefully remove bag. Tear bag at notch and let steam escape; pour into serving bowl. Caution: Contents will be steaming hot. Refrigerate or discard leftovers.
