Directions Cooking Instructions: Remove label & lid before cooking. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Cooking times may vary. Microwave: Cover, cook on high for 6 mins. Stir, cook on high for 7 mins. Let stand for 2 min Cook one meal at a time. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees, cover with foil, cook for 40-45 mins. Let stand for 5 mins. Don't let container touch oven sides. Keep refrigerated.
