Directions Must cook thoroughly see cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions: Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave in Bag: Place unopened bag standing up on microwavable dinner plate. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove plate and bag. Caution: Hot! Avoid Steam! Cut top to open. Empty into serving dish; stir well. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook times for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200; 10-1/2 to 11 minutes time on high. 1000; 12 to 12-1/2 minutes times on high. 700; 17-1/2 to 18 minutes time on high. Cook on Stove-Top: Pour entire contents of bag into 3-quart nonstick saucepan. Do not add water. Cover; cook over medium heat 13 to 22 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce chips are melted and vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Keep frozen.
