Directions Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Stove top, 12 inch non-stick skillet (Preferred). For non-coated skillet, add one tablespoon vegetable oil or coat with non-stick cooking spray. 1. Prep: Pour contents into skillet & cover. 2. 14 minutes cook on medium heat. 3. Stir and re-cover. Caution: escaping steam. 4. 7 minutes cook again on medium heat, stirring frequently. 5. Stir and re-cover. 6. 6 minutes cook again on medium heat. Remove from heat and serve. Will be hot!
