Enriched Medium Grain Rice [Rice, Thiamin, (Thiamin Mononitrate), Niacin, Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), and Folic Acid].
Directions
Cooking Directions: 1. Measure 2 cups water and bring to a boil, add a tablespoon of butter or margarine and 1 teaspoon of salt, if desired. 2. Stir in 1 cup rice and return to boil. 3. Cover the saucepan. Lower the heat and simmer 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and all the water is absorbed.
