Directions Shake well. Important: Lubricate rubber tip with vegetable oil before and after use. Attach needle by turning clockwise. Never bend needle from side to side. Preparation: Prior to injecting, always pour a portion of the marinade into a bowl or measuring cup to eliminate contamination of unused product. Instructions: (Seriously, 3-steps, This is almost to easy). (1) Attach needle and pull marinade into injector. (2) Stick needle into meat and inject marinade while withdrawing slowly. Repeat in various directions throughout selected meat. (3) Cook meat thoroughly and enjoy! Creole Garlic is best for: steak, burgers, wild game, roasts, brisket or lean beef.
