Directions Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Important! Always prepare meat from a thawed state. Conventional Oven: Remove pork roast from package. Place roast on shallow baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 65-75 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat reads 160 degrees F. Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing. Slow Cooker: Place roast in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours and until meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Ovens and slow cookers will vary. Always use a digital cooking thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat, to test for doneness. Keep refrigerated.
