Directions For food safety and quality, follow these. Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven (for a 1200W microwave): Remove film completely and cover with paper towel. Cook on high for 5 minutes and 30 seconds. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Conventional Oven (do not place this bowl in the oven): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Transfer to an oven safe shallow bowl, cover with foil, and place bowl, in oven on center rack. Cook for 20 minutes, remove from oven and thoroughly stir; leave product uncovered and return to oven and cook for an additional 18 minutes. (38 minutes total cook time). Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking! Keep frozen, my friend.
