Directions What You Need: 1/3 cup chopped, cooked chicken, beef, pork or fish if desired; 2 tbsp oil; 3 cups cooked, cold rice (white, brown or instant); 3 green onions, sliced; 2 tsp soy sauce; 2 eggs, beaten; 1 cup frozen peas (or peas and carrots), cooked. Preparations: 1.n large skillet, heat oil; stir-fry rice and green onions. 2. add seasoning and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 minute. 3. Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble; stir into rice. 4. Add peas and meat if desired. Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
