Tomatoes (Fresh Vine-Ripened California Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Salt, Citric Acid), Water, Heavy Cream (Milk), Onion, Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Ginger, Garlic, Lime Juice, Unsalted Butter (Milk), Canola Oil, Spices, Chicken Stock (Chicken Stock, Natural Flavor, Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract), Brown Sugar, Sriracha (Red Chili, Garlic, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Natural Flavor), Smoked Paprika, Kosher Salt, Cilantro, Dried Garlic, Acacia, Xanthan Gum, Onion Powder, Cilantro Oil.
Directions Combine 2 tbsp Tikka Masala Simmering Sauce, 1 cup plain yogurt and 1-1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts in a medium bowl and stir to coat. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Place chicken on a greased rimmed baking sheet. Broil 6-inches from element until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F. Flip chicken breasts halfway through cooking. There will be some charred spots on the chicken. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Heat remaining sauce, chicken and 1/4 cup chicken stock in a saute pan 15-30 minutes. Serve over rice with 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. Serves 4-6.
