Ham with natural juices. Since 1891. Glaze mix included. This ham is judged superior quality. US inspected and passed by Department of Agriculture. Gluten free. This Cure 81 Ham is fully cooked and is delicious served cold. Simply remove the ham from the wrapper, place on platter and serve.


Product Attributes
Directions Keep refrigerated. To Heat: Remove ham from package and discard the round, plastic bone guard. Place the largest cut surface of the ham face down in a large baking pan or roaster with 2-3 inch sides. Add 1 cup of water to the pan. Cover pan securely with foil or a tight fitting roaster lid. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes per pound or until ham is warm. If glazing ham, prepared glaze as instructed below. If using foil, place 2-3 damp paper towels over the top of the ham. For optimum tenderness, do not overcook! The optimum serving temperature for ham is 140 degrees F. To Glaze Ham: Turn oven temperature to 425 degrees F. Mix contents of glaze packet with 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of water. Remove ham from oven; remove paper towels, if necessary, and carefully drain or spoon any excess ham juices/drippings from the pan. Spoon prepared glaze mixture evenly over the entire surface of the ham. Place ham in oven and heat for 5-10 minutes or until glaze is set. Slice ham, serve and
