Directions Keep frozen. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Product must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow these cooking directions. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on an 11 x 17 inch baking sheet. Bake according to instructions above to desired color and crispness, stirring halfway through cooking time.
