Directions Easy Prep & Go Directions: 1. Carefully wash, rinse and inspect the beans. 2. Place beans, water, chicken and broth in a 6 or 7 quart Crock-Pot slow cooker. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low or 4 to 6 on high. 3. Remove chicken 30 minutes before the end of cooking time. Shred into large chunks. Return meat to Crock-Pot slow cooker. Add vegetable packet, seasoning packet, tomatoes and green chiles (if using). Stir to mix well. Variation: For an even richer taste, sear meat before adding to the Crock-Pot slow cooker. Included in Package: 1 pkg. bean blend; 1 pkg. seasoning mix; 1 pkg. vegetable mix. You Will Need: 3 cups water; 2 cups chicken broth; 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken pieces (about 2 to 21/2 lbs.); 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes; 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles (optional).
