Directions Cooking Instructions: Add 1 cup truRoots Germinated Brown Rice to 1-3/4 cups boiling water (and 1/2 teaspoons salt, if desired) in a medium saucepan with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook 25 to 30 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let rice steam, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes 4 servings.
