Directions Perishable - Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cook from frozen. This product needs to be fully cooked. Stove Top: 1. Bring 1/2 cup water to a rapid/roiling boil in a saucepan. 2. Add 1/4 bag (or less) of frozen vegetables. 3. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and boil gently for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain and stir prior to serving. Microwave: Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature. 1. Place 1/4 bag (or less) of vegetables in a microwave-safe container. 2. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. 3. Cook on high, full (100%) power for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Let stand for 1 minutes before serving. For food safety, cook to a minimum temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Microwave oven vary in power; adjust cooking time as necessary.
