Included: bread mix; yeast. What You Need: 1 cup very warm tap water. Real Simple Directions: 1. Stir. 2. Shape & rise. 3 Bake. Combine yeast and bread mix in a large bowl; stir to combine. Add 1 cup very warm tap water (120 to 130 degrees F). Tip: Yeast thrives in warm water, not hot, so avoid the microwave and simply use tap water. Stir with a spoon until a ball forms (dough may be stiff). In the same bowl, use your hands to flatten the dough, then fold in half. Continue to flatten and fold a total of 10-20 times. If dough is sticky, add a sprinkle of flour. Cover bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Dough will rise, but will not double in size. Use your hands or a spatula to carefully transfer the dough from the bowl to a greased baking sheet. Gently form dough into a 6-inch round or 8 x 4-inch rectangular loaf.
