Keep frozen. Defrosting: Defrost overnight in bag in refrigerator, or place sealed inner bag under cold water for 20-30 minutes. Safe Handling: Do not refreeze defrosted salmon; store in refrigerator and use within 2 days. Salmon is cooked when it appears opaque and flakes easily with a fork. For all cooking methods, an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) must be reached. Each portion serves 1-2 people and is separated by a wax paper sheet. Remove paper dividers before cooking. Cooking Tips: For additional flavor, marinate thawed fillet in refrigerator for a maximum 2 hours before cooking. Allow longer cooking time for thicker portions. For best results cook from thawed. Cooking Instructions: Remove paper dividers before cooking. Grill or BBQ: Preheat grill to Medium. Place salmon on oiled grill skin side down.
