Directions
Stove Top (Recommended): Heat non-stick skillet on medium/low and pour contents into skillet, cover. Cook 6 minutes, stir and replace cover. Continue to cook 7 - 12 minutes, or until zucchini cubes separate. Uncover and stir, 2 - 3 minutes or until veggies are hot and sauce has thickened. Place unopened bag, standing up, in center of microwave. Microwave on high 7 - 8 minutes (Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed). Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove from microwave. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Open bag, pour into serving dish and stir well before serving. Must cook thoroughly. Caution! Hot steam! Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening. For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers.
