Directions Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Stir-Fry: Place frozen Signature Select Stir-Fry Vegetables on a hightly oiled grill, large work or frying pan heated to 350 degrees F. Simmer until tender (3-5 minutes). If desired, add fully cooked meats such as shrimp, crab, chicken, turkey or beef. Season to taste and serve with your favorite stir-fry sauce. Microwave: Place frozen Signature Select Stir-Fry Vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for every 8 oz. Microwave on high for 5-8 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Note: Due to the differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary. Steaming: Cover bottom of steamer with water. Place 1-1/2 to 2 cups frozen Signature Select Stir-Fry Vegetables in top of steamer. Cover and steam for 4-5
